MyPaperPrint provides online printing services including but not limited to business cards, postcards, flyers, stickers, booklets, and packaging. Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Artwork & File Submission

• You are responsible for ensuring all submitted artwork and files are print-ready and meet our specifications.
• By uploading files, you confirm you own or have the rights to use all content, images, and trademarks included.
• MyPaperPrint is not liable for print errors resulting from customer-supplied files (e.g., low resolution, incorrect bleed, spelling mistakes).
• We reserve the right to refuse printing of any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.

5. Turnaround Time & Delivery

• Turnaround times begin after artwork approval and payment confirmation.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• MyPaperPrint is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has been dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of print products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or the error was made on our part.
• Claims for defective or incorrect orders must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Approved claims will be resolved by reprinting the order or issuing store credit at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, graphics, text, and design — is the property of MyPaperPrint and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

8. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
